Community Highlights:
Dr Phillips Community Park features hiking/walking trails, baseball fields, basketball courts, soccer fields, play gyms, pavilions, and even a dog park. It is a wonderful place for people of all ages. Located on the edge of Big Sand Lake, the scene is set for a wonderful afternoon spent at the park with friends, family, children, or even your pets. The best part, Dr Phillips Community Park is located just behind Kerina at Parksde!
Universal Studios is one of Orlando’s hottest tourist destinations. They offer discounts for Florida residents and showcase 2 amazing theme parks as well as restaurants, nightlife entertainment, and shopping.
Walt Disney World Resort is world renown as one of the largest and best destinations to visit. Featuring more than 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, 7 hotels, 9 different TYPES of restaurant themes ranging from fast food to buffet to unique dinning, Disney has it all. It is a great reason for friends and family to come visit.
International Drive more commonly, I-Drive, features tens of attractions including mini golf, laser tag, go carts, and other fair/festival style rides. There is even an indoor skydiving simulator!
SeaWolrd Orlando takes a different approach than that of the traditional theme park. Featuring multiple shows and informational sessions of marine life, SeaWorld can be considered the most institutional theme park of it’s time. Never fear, they also have 2 roller coasters and their own water park (off site). Also, check out their new attraction Discovery Cove where you can swim with the fish!
